How is Lumana priced?
An annual recurring license based on the number of camera feeds, days of storage and license term. Pay yearly or upfront. Every feature is included, so there are no tiers to compare.
Why is there no price list?
Deployments range from a single site to thousands of cameras, with different retention needs. A quote based on your cameras and sites is more accurate than a per-channel list price.
Do I need a DVR or NVR?
No. Lumana Core can replace your DVR or NVR, storing and analyzing video on site. If you prefer, it can also run alongside your current recorder or VMS during a transition.
Which cameras are compatible?
Lumana is camera-agnostic and works with IP cameras that support standard streaming protocols, so you can keep the cameras you already own.
What does the warranty cover?
Lumana hardware comes with a lifetime warranty for as long as you are a customer.
How many users can I add?
As many as you need. Any camera connected to Core with a license can be managed from VMS+, with no limit on users or locations.
Is my data secure?
Video is encrypted with AES-256 in transit and at rest, Core needs no open inbound ports, and access is controlled with SSO, MFA, roles and audit logs.
Can I start small?
